    I don't want to believe it but now I'm seeing it for myself when you ask the city employees to help you out and give you information they give me the wrong information when they're ready to give you a higher fine you pay for the ticket goes the link went by the company who runs the collections for the citations doesn't work well either and then you trying in touch with the people in charge of parking they say you have to take it up with the company that collects the money for them to send a letter to the company named turbo data so they can actually handle it for you the funny thing here is I've actually sent them registered letters with all the information and then they only come back to tell you that the city decided to charge you the full price on the sedation even when you tried to presentation from the very beginning but everyone's been giving you the runaround so to me this seems like the whole system is collapsing in someway but we are being the ones penalized for their mistakes petition people in Santa Rosa and attend the meetings on Tuesday evening so if you have issues because Don't stop all this nonsense why are we paying this invoice is healthy checks and benefits if they're going to treat us like mediocre people in all we're trying to do is pay her fine so they can get paid.
    And that should bring all of us to the next question is this what we want to pay this individuals for so that they can continue to laugh at us and rip us off.
