  This place was very unprofessional! This Dentist had taken over from my previous dentist. I grew up with the same Dentist my whole life and loved the atmosphere and how family oriented the place was. My Dentist, sister was my oral hygienist. When I found out about the switch I was excited for a new Dentist. When I meet Dr. Waggener he instantly did not seem genuine. He also told me that I had multiple fillings that I was going to have to come back for. This was very surprising to me because I have never had a filling before. I have always gone to see my previous dentist every six months for a cleaning. I am currently straightening my teeth with Invisalign and he said to wait until I was done with my trays to get the three fillings. What I found odd was that Dr. Waggener never looked in my mouth, he went off my x rays. He never poked or felt around. That was very odd for me. Six months later I received a reminder for a cleaning. I was willing to go back as long as my dential hygienist, Bev, was available because I only trusted her. They fired her and their explanations was, “ Bev was not able to keep up with the technology, she was let go because she was constantly telling herself that she was stupid for not being able to keep up”. I have known Bev for most of my life as she was my dential hygienist since I was young. How dare they represent such an amazing women by saying that to a customer! She had a wait list of people when Dr. Waggener took over the practice. I was so furious that I immediately told them I will NEVER return. This place is unprofessional and is only seeking money!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.
