    Fast response (but). trail and error approach didn't work - they tried one thing and it was "fixed", until temp dropped and heater didn't come on. Upon call back they said they "now know what the problem is" and could fix it for sure with another service call and new part. If you want your furnace fixed on the first service call look elsewhere.

    Stouts did an install of a mini split system in my home. The cost of the job was exactly what they bid. They showed up on time. They finished the work on time. All of the work was cleanly and professionally done. What more could you ask for?? Stout's Heating and Air Conditioning is an excellent example of how a home improvement contractor should work. A+.
