I bought a new bike here. On my first visit, the staff spent about an hour going over the pros and cons of the two bikes I was considering. They did not have one of the models in stock so they ordered that model and I was able to do a side-by-side comparison of the two models during a second visit. On both visits the staff was professional and informative.

First time at The Trek Store in Santa Rosa, and I just completed purchase of a new Trek Domani after my former custom bicycle was lost to fire. I appreciate the time and focus on my needs by both David and Jeff. What super employees they are! I have some complicated fitting issues and Jeff is the first person I've met who took the time to think creatively in solving the problems, and he did. David listened to my concerns and gave me great advice on all my options, with no pressure. And my first ride was a dream! I not only have a new bike but I have a new bike store for my future needs.
